Spud Lovers


Ingredients:

250 g Apples peeled and cut
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp Cumin seed (Zeera)
2-3 whole dry red chilies or ½ tsp smashed chilies
1/8 tsp turmeric root extract (Haldi) dust
½ tsp sea (according to taste)

Directions:

Heat the oil and put Cumin seed (Zeera), whole dry red chilies and fry until they convert wonderful darkish.
Add potatoes and the relax of the herbs along with water.
Cover and depart for 10-15 mins on low warm until the potatoes are smooth.
Serving: 2 Persons
Serve with Puri, Nan, Great Marinade and Achar
