Ingredients:


1 cup:besan flour
1 cup: water
1 little onion: chopped
½ teaspoon: salt
¼ teaspoon: cumin seed (Zeera)
2-3 eco-friendly chilies
2 teaspoon: smashed red chilies
1 little spud well chopped
½ cup: well reduced spinach
1 little soda
½ teaspoon: whole cilantro (Dhaniya) seeds
1 cup oil for frying
Serving: 3 to 4 persons



Method:


Mix besan and water and keep preparing until is changes in to a solid stick.
Add sea and spicy pepper dust and mix well.
Add all other substances to it and mix well.
Heat oil for deeply burning.
Use a tsp to decrease the stick in to the oil to type tennis balls.
Fry until wonderful darkish. Fall chaat masala on them once melted.
Serve with eco-friendly spicy pepper marinade, great marinade, tomato catsup.
